Lunchtime did great today!!!
Pleased to be back in the gym for the first time in 16 days and see most of the regular lunch time crew. Looking forward to being back in tomorrow for more of the same. Was a little lax on the jerk side, only made it to 225lbs today, biting off more than I could chew with 252lbs (f). Rope climbs were pretty hard after all of that shoulder work. Hopefully no shoulder work tomorrow
