Suicide Runs – Push Ups

1 Round for time:

Take KB (70,53) to 10 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 3 push ups.

Take KB to 20 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 6 push ups.

Take KB to 30 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 9 push ups.

Take KB to 40 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 12 push ups.

Take KB to 50 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 15 push ups.

Take KB to 60 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 18 push ups.

Take KB to 70 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 21 push ups.

Take KB to 80 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 24 push ups.

Take KB to 90 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 27 push ups.

Take KB t0 100 yard line.  Sprint back to goal line.  Do 30 push ups.

  2. Today’s wod looks like a tough one… ~150 pushups, or so? Of course, any WOD would be tough today seeing how I have no skin on my palms and I can’t yet fully straighten my arms after yesterday’s wod. My wife had to turn my collar down over my tie this morning!

    The gym is all nice and CLEAN thanks to Brad and Kim. They were working hard when I walked in.

  6. Tuesday is always spicy spaghetti night at the Stringer house, just not Paleo…Fun WOD today, i think i was 12 and some change RX. Gym looks great!

  7. Mikes gym wod was frustrating til I got to 70% then I finally got my groove back. The push up wod was a lot harder than I expected.
