    6 plus rounds RX the sit ups slowed me down but
    But double unders felt good. Never missed on DUs but Kim hopes I have rabdo tomorrow. Ha!

  5. some days the double unders come easier than others…:( I started with a 35 pound kettle ball…but dropped down to 25 pound DB….the double unders slowed me up of course but got 4 rounds and some change (almost 5….13 situps away)…..fun working out with X-tine….she was my rabbit …great work …and Boston too…..Pebbles ..u killed it…:) two good workouts in this week….see everyone tomorrow at lunch…

  6. Great to see Bostic at lunch today…he is definitely missed. Another good WOD 9rnds+7rx and then the shoulder press WOD from yesterday on the main site. Day off tomorrow…looking forward to it.
