3 Deadlifts 315/205 lbs
5 Clapping Push Ups
7 Pull Ups

  6. my time was 21:19rx….205 is my one rep max on deadlifts but I knew I could do it….great job to brandon for getting the pull-ups without the band…:)… GND did awesome and Scruff really motivated me to finish strong….great to see Ben back in the gym…see everyone tomorrow…I missed you spider and sammy…Campbell…where are you???

    Have to work those deads, especially the form…dreading section one of WOD 2 at the survival of the fittest. 405 is just not coming off the floor – assuming I get that far.

  9. i love the lunchtime group! hagler killed it rx, and ben, shannon, and scruff did a great job as well. AND brandon got kipping pullups! final shout out to tiffany who blazed though this one as her second crossfit wod ever.
    thanks again to brad for the coaching on the last deadlift workout a few weeks ago; i could feel a major improvement this time around.
