    i posted this on monday’s but i wanted to make sure it’s seen…
    please come watch team cfnf this weekend! i went last year in the FREEZING cold and had a blast (and the weather looks to be much nicer this year). i BYOB’ed it and really had a great time. the more the merrier – come yell at us!
    friday evening, 4:30-darkish and sunday afternoon, 12-3.

  4. Good day back in the gym. Happy to have finished the wod. Down 4lbs!!! How is everyone else doing on the nutrition challenge?

  5. Good job to all the ladies at lunch! That was a tough workout and all finished in under 20 mins.
    I lifted (Snatch and Split Jerk both at 70%) and then did a quick WOD to keep ticking over for the weekend – 3rnds of 5x135lb Thrusters, 5xC2B Pull-ups. 2.08RX.
    Looking forward to Friday and Sunday and am feeling pretty good. Team, I plan to bring Honey and drinks and can bring other things if they are needed? I can also get tape and chalk if we want them, just let me know.

  6. I made that Paleo biscuits and gravy recipe on Sunday. It was pretty darn good! Gonna try Paleo Chicken Pot Pie tonight. What’s everybody else doing for recipes?

  7. Just about everything I cook I put on my blog. Our family is all Paleo and it requires a lot if cooking but it’s working out well.
    I finally made some grain free crackers that Collin loved. Yea!
    I said I was not going to weigh hut I did jump on the scale about a week ago and was down 7.5 lbs but not sure on bodyfat.
    I started a 12 week Olift program yesterday and it’s quite tough. It takes at least an hour and a half but a lot of fun.
    Gonna fit in 1 or 2 xfit WODS along with.
    Looking forward to watching everyone this week end!!!

  10. Hoping I can make it to the garage games on Friday and see the CFNF team win some WODs! Or at the very least beat Blakes team. Been getting my ass whooped in Charlotte this past week by some crossfiters. And I 2nd Andy’s post, time to eat some sugar and watch the Biggest Loser!

    we are currently negotiating schedules with a potential 6th person, but it’s still up in the air. if you (andy) or anyone else wants to join up, say so!
