I’m not sure I’ve ever seen the third layer of skin on my hands – I think they call it ‘bone’
It is comforting to know that no one else has skin in their hands either at CFNF. I soaked mine in epsom salts and it helped dry them up.

I am staring a petition that will make Austin wear a 50 lb vest for all future WOD’s. I came in today feeling good and then proceeded to double Austin’s time. Oh….. and he did it RX.

As many of you probably do not know, yesterday was Christy’s (Pebbles) birthday. In recognition of her sweet 16, we are planning a little celebration in two weeks. (Also celebrating Jenny’s 21st bday)
We are going to be making reservations at Maggiano’s at Peremiter Mall on the 21st of June. We would like to invite anyone who would like to attend. And I’m glad I’m not the only one whose hands are shredded. I will say mine looked like nothing compared to Brad’s & Nick’s the other day – kind of gagged a little when I saw theirs.
