Thursday WOD


With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

An alternate WOD will be posted in the gym.

Notice:  Friday, July 4th group workouts will be at 8:00 am and 9:00 am.

    Worked out with the morning crew today – very good to meet Kimpossible and Whit, and to see Hicky. (Oh, and to meet Otis and see Max!) I did miss my evening peeps, though (no one would cheer with me in the morning)!
    Another Woohoo – today I got my first double under – actually, I did two. Sadly, they weren’t consecutive. Maybe one day I’ll be able to do 70 like Hicky!!!
    My hands are shredded, so I’m hoping our fearless leaders will give us a break from pull-ups tomorrow (hint!).

  7. Todays alternate wod is 21-15-9 Bodyweight Back Squats, Pull Ups and 50 Double Unders per round. Originally it was 1 1/2 BW but I changed it after the morning class. Peggy your time was 16:59r (almost rx)

    Didn’t get to give a shout out to Peggy yesterday for her six pack…..six pack of pull ups that is.
    One more @ 11 then I’m headed to Savannah for the 4th. I’m digging the new trend to shed the shirt…. might get some great pictures for the board Kim.
