225 Deadlift, 15 reps
15 Handstand push-ups
15 Pull-ups

15 vertical leaps (1 foot above reach)

  4. Would like everyone to know that i am nowa victim of the 10 kg plates. The WOD called for 225lb deadlift…i thought it was aweful heavy. When i came back to the gym and started unracking the weights, it was actually 249! Thanks Kim….

    Anyone got a conversion chart for the Tregos?
    Great WOD. Did HSPU up on my toes on the box. I am working towards the wall. 155lb deadlift (so Brad sais) and still working on the kipping pullups. 15 min and some odd seconds. Off tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing everyone Saturday!
