Thursday WOD


Go Robin!  Heavy days are always a treat!  This Saturday is Fight Gone Bad for Charity at Sonz in Buford.  Meet here at CFNF at 8.  The gym WILL be open for regular class times.


For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

    I remember Angie from the “old” place!! She was a real you know what…the push ups about did me in. I’ll be needing the band today…or we will be there well into the night! 🙂

  3. My mother made it on the front page! Alright! She told me you guys killed her this morning. She’s having a difficult time lifting her pencil at work. Haha! Good luck on Saturday! I can’t wait to see the pictures!

  4. Angie!!!! It was good to do this work out. I didn’t have a time recorded on this until today. 25:57. had to use the band for assistance on pull ups but did all 100 push ups in real form(or close to it from 75 to 100) 🙂 squats and sit ups were a breeze.

  5. My point above is that 6 months ago I don’t think I could even do 100 squats or 100 sit ups, much less think they were a breeze. Crossfit kicks A$$ ya know!
