1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

    Don’t beat yourself up…. that time was pre-Chest to Bar on the pullups. If you did yours CTB, it’s gonna be tough for me to beat your time. Remember, you have that swift running thing down to a science…..Hicky “Bolt”.
    We will see when I give it a shot in the morning.
