  7. I still feel like crap but I’m coming in. I’ll do the filthy fifty from yesterday.
    It’ll suck and there be a lot of mouth breathing but I need to get it in.

  8. Came in today. Warmed up and that was nice. 135 was heavy so I knew I was sick (still).
    Ran with the sled with Kimi, that was actually fun. So no filthy but something.
    HAGS have a great weekend! You worked so hard these last months,so party hard for me.
