    First…I am now an official Outlook and Burpee hater. Made my life a living hell again yesterday!

  3. Made up Jason today! Whew! I didn’t quite make the 50 muscle ups. I made it to 45 but absolutely could not get another one after that and just didn’t have it in me to do 20 more pull ups and dips. What a humbling workout. Took me 45 min. Great job everyone on todays WOD. Alex aka Tuna (don’t ask) you did great today. We are glad you are joining us!
