13 Push-ups – 7 HSPU
9 Box jumps, 24 inch box

Corporal Ryan C. McGhee, 21, was killed in action on May 13, 2009 by small arms fire during combat in central Iraq. He served with 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment of Fort Benning, Ga. This was his fourth deployment, his first to Iraq. Ryan was engaged to Ashleigh Mitchell of Fredericksburg, VA.   3. Did not have much in the tank today. BUT that is no excuse! 10 rounds. Used 189#DL. DId HSPU on the wall half way, then negatives then 2 rounds on the blue box. Good HSPU Raul!
    Good WOD although I hate to see new hero WODs.

  5. It was just HSPU no pu. Although I am sure you can do push ups if you want to. Some people did in class.

Hard workout…think I could have gone heavier on my deadlifts…(139)..did push-ups instead of HSPU…got 12 rounds…30 minutes was long but my goal was 12 so I am happy….Dan and Martine…I got 2 marks on the board..just saying!!! Scruff….you did good on the filthy 50 today..I am proud of you!! Looking forward to tomorrow..

  9. Anyone else still messed up from Erin on Monday? I think I may have really messed something up in my lats – 4 days later and I can still barely move my arms without serious discomfort and cannot lift my arms above my head. Ouch.
