  1. attempted to do this workout at lunch RX…unfortunately, I can’t get low enough in my ring dips….didn’t use the band though and finished 27:12….hoping the ring dips get better…:( fun WOD with Shannon, Pistol and Ben…big shoutout to Ben..18:40rx..:) Brad has been working hard on the new addition….looking good!

  3. Back form the lake and sure am missing the water already. Worked Squat and Deads this am. Got squeamish pulling the 250 x 5 deads and stopped at 3. Will try again next week.

    Thanks Hagler! Good job to all the nooners. All PM’ers, watch out for the ring dips, I had to start splitting them into 2×5 on round 5, 6 and 7 and then 4,3,3, for sets 8,9 and 10. Nightmare.
    I’m figuring Ed is going under 15mins for this possibly under 12mins?
    I’m still at a loss as to how Spealler was able to knock this out in 8 and change. Crazy!!!!!!!
