If anyone would like to join, packed a few cold one’s in the cooler for post workout enjoyment
i was planning to stab either myself or a kid by the end of the day (it is picture day, it’s right before spring break, and i did not have coffee this morning) so the promise of adult beverages at the end of the day might be the only thing that keeps me from committing a crime.

Just throwing this out there….. but stabbing is bad.
I just got back from lunch at the Tavern down in Buckhead…couldn’t wait for this afternoon, so we had a couple of 420’s with a ginormous burger for lunch…ugh, don’t think I’ll make runs and squats this afternoon.
Didn’t maske it over today, neck is still sore and stiff. Did the workout anyway with minimal warm-up 13.18 rx’d.
Did 1RM shoulder press. 115 and a PR. Then did the 150 push up WOD from the other day. It was beautiful outside this am!
