    Fun O-lifting with Meatball today. Did DEADS. 265 x 5 or really 2 +1+1+1 I think ;). Whatever….it was heavy.
    My goal is to pull 300 this year. Gettin close!

  4. I want my old workout partner (g-dog) back! Bostic royally screwed up my deadlift progression today….it makes it much easier if both sides have the same amount of weight on them….asshole!
