Jerk:  75% X 2 X 4

Clean Pull:  83% X 3 X 3

Back Squat:  80% X 2 X 5

  1. Fun day in the gym today. Bostic seems to be ratcheting it up a little with his workouts and roped me in a little today. Good workout though:
    5min AMRAP – 1 min rest – 5min AMRAP
    4 Power Cleans 135lbs
    8 53KB snatches (4 on each arm)
    12 Double Unders
    Also did front squats and Dead Lifts
