    Did yesterday’s WOD this morning in the hotel Gym here in Boston. 17.01 although not RX as I needed to use the running machine. Still tough though. Had to break the 4th set of Burpees into 15 and 5.

    our individual costs could drop significantly if…
    anyone from the gym wants to volunteer on our team’s behalf to judge the individual competition on saturday (feb 5). if our team can get together 32 hours of volunteering, the team’s registration cost is cut on half.
