    Really want to come in and do this one, as it is my favorite WOD, however I need a rest, so next time Nancy.
    How did the lunch crew do?
    Might be in tomorrow or may just rest again ready for Saturday. Haven’t decided yet. Back and Shoulder are both fatigued.

  2. The lunch crew all did great. Brit finished under 19 minutes, HAGS beat her goal. Sammy caught up to me and passed me. I finished. So we all did great.
    Shout out to Jackson who did a great job and finished first. Good Job!!
    Ben, we missed ya, but listen to your body and rest if you need to.

  3. Proud of Jacklyn…great job on the 400 m runs and the RX workout AND beating your goal by 6 seconds…her time 34:54rx….LONG week…but 4 down …good job!! The OHS are not my strength…the running isn’t either for that matter…but my goal was between 25 and 30 minutes…between 5 to 6 minutes a round…my time 29:23rx….so happy with that…and felt better about my OHS….Sammy did great…his OHS are great..Jacklyn….you are on my tail…I am on yours!!! haha…looking forward to friday to finish out the week…see everyone tomorrow…some great times already posted today…:)
