CFNF Alt WOD: this wod is a variation of a workout on the CrossFit Football site.

Three Rounds:

5 Cycles with – 135/95 for Big Dawgs  -  115/75 for Pack –   65/45 for Cubs

Power Clean – Front Squat – Push Press – Back Squat – Jerk (your choice of split or push)
Block Run

2 minute rest between rounds.
