"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

  1. Hicky did a muscle-up for me today, kind of!! The frog legs are the cutest thing I have ever seen, especially with her legs!!!Don’t forget to come support Hicky in her next fight scheduled for December 13th Saturday night.. all ages are welcome , come one come all… reserve your tickets now…Final thought, the gym looked great today; I missed everyone and look forward to getting back on track with the crew..     Hicky’s frog legs are very cute. I have never seen anyone doing a muscle up with such a huge cute grin!!!
