Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups

  2. Wish I could have been there for this one. I did one at home that I like to call Max. It is where you take your dog and run 800 meters, do 30 push ups with your 5 yr old on your back and then 30 sit ups all while watching video of him in his Kindergarten talent show over and over again.
    3 rounds. 28 minutes.
