50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  4. I just want to say a formal thank you to everyone that makes going to CFNF so much fun. You are some damn good peoples and I could not have asked to be apart of a better group.
    I don’t really think I am yet prepared, im leaving in 2 days but I do not have a single thing packed, half my clothes are dirty and I do not even think I have luggage! Oh well, its already starting as a crazy adventure.
    Thanks peggy, kim, brad and jpo for hangin out last night and buying me a couple drinks…or 4. And if anyone asks, Brad sucks at darts 🙂 And thank you to the people who pitched in for my gift.
