  1. I’m just wondering if anyone else is “wrecked” after week one of this strength bias. I can’t remember the last time my body was this all over “dead”. Just wondering if it’s normal, or if I’m just a wuss or both.

  2. I feel the same way. Had nothing left for shoulder presses. It was great to be back yesterday and to see everyone. Hopefully it won’t be two weeks before I am back in. Enjoy the rest day!

  3. yeah, when we did SB over the summer, over the first week or two it felt like during some workouts we were moving in slow motion because our bodies were just drained. definitely took some getting used to.
