135 lb Squat clean, 2 reps
10 GHD Sit-ups

Omigosh, honestly, when I first looked at the blog and saw the pic, I thought, hmmmm i don’t remember doing that recently, wonder if that workout was last week, then, geez, couldn’t Kim have found a more flattering shot, cause I seriously still see myself that way. So when I scrolled down a little and realized that pic was from a year ago my jaw dropped. So thank you for showing me, and anyone else who wonders if this stuff works, visual evidence. You guys rock!

  8. It was super fun crushing Gdog today! I got 8:19rx today. To Gdogs defense, he is bigger than me and wasn’t as warmed up as me. 🙂

  12. I think the root cause of your slow time is correlated to you not playing college football at Villanova.
    Regardless, my large and uncoordinated body finished the workout in 8:03.
