  9. On a side note if Brad was thinking about fast food it would be a big mac from McDonalds and I sure he was thinking wow I am so proud of all my crossfitters they have come a long way!

  10. I am actually gonna work out after I do a private session at 2. so probably around 3ish. there is not an official class then though.
    By the way, if anyone wants to try the CrossFit Century tonight katie and I are attempting it.
    1 Shot of Beer and 1 pull up every minute for 100 minutes. The fun will begin around 8. You will have to bring your own beer, it ends up being about 8.5 beers.

    Angie was good. used a variety of bands for the pull ups but push ups were strong. Did 7 sets of 10 for push ups then had to do 5’s. Sit ups and squats were easy.

  15. Hey pistol, not sure if you’re talking to me, but I did 11:30 this week. On-call duty for work. I’m back to 6am next week.
    My arms still aren’t working quite right. Tomorrow is going to feel good!

    I did 2 Mile Angie today:
    100 Pull Ups
    800 M Run
    100 Push Ups
    800 M Run
    100 Squats
    800 M Run
    100 Sit Ups
    800 M Run
    Was surprised I was able to run every time. The workout gave me a little time to catch my breath. It was inspired by the navyseals.com angie. I thought about doing it like theres with a mile run inbetween, but I haven’t been running in a while so I didn’t want to kill myself. Ed, some of those workouts looks brutal.
