Great job to everyone at the 9am workout. I was really glad we did Tabata “Fight Gone Bad” versus the main site’s WOD. Look forward to seeing everyone at tomorrow’s 9am session.
Feels like I haven’t been up CNF in months. Had a PFT test on Thursday and we did a Poole hike yesterday. Took today off, but I am pumped about getting back in the game tomorrow.
