Complete 8 thirty second rounds for each.  Do 20 seconds of work followed with 20 seconds of rest.  Record total of lowest number of reps per round.

  1. Great job to everyone at the 9am workout. I was really glad we did Tabata “Fight Gone Bad” versus the main site’s WOD. Look forward to seeing everyone at tomorrow’s 9am session.

  2. Feels like I haven’t been up CNF in months. Had a PFT test on Thursday and we did a Poole hike yesterday. Took today off, but I am pumped about getting back in the game tomorrow.
