    sheesh only one comment?
    I was looking at some of the times on the crossfit games site, my 8 freekin minutes on the thruster pullup workout seems a little better than what I thought. on a good day it would have been in the high 6’s or 7’s. But you can’t pick your good days so it is what it is.
