5 Muscle Ups

    Thanks Brad for calling me a “cross fit freak”. My goal in this was to be fit and healthy. Now my goal in life is to smoke you on every WO. You are looking a bit pudgy lately so it may not be long.

  4. 7 rounds. (dips instead of muscle ups) Great Work Out. I liked trying to keep up with jumping on the box as fast as Jacob and Jonah. I’m sure I was faster than Brad though!!!!
