Team WOD:

This is a two person work out, one person works at a time.

For time:

Row 1000M (1 time)

then 3 rounds of:

60 Double Unders 

40 Dumbell Split Cleans 40/25

30 Pull Ups

20 Lunges (each leg) with a plate overhead 45/25

10 DB push ups with row (right and left equal 1) 40/25
