Team WOD:
4 Rounds – 2 Person Team
20 Tire Flip/Tire Jump (Flip, jump in, jump out, turn around and flip again)
Burpees
One team member completes 20 tire flips, while the other does burpees. Then switch each round.
Team score = total number of burpees. 12 minute time limit.
