  3. Legs out in front of you 90 degrees….and then pull. It’s done with strict pull up form really.

  4. Kudos to everyone who did Eva. You guys rock. That is one of the harder WODs for sure. I was in last night to train Cherie and Walt and saw a couple Pukies on the board too. I’m sure this one will do it to ya.
    Really good time Ed. 41 something??? Nice work Stringer on finishing that one RX in under 50 too….and GND going RX is great!
    And to Sniper…..way to PR on your Clean and Jerk. I think you were at 141 or 143 on the last round. Nice PR.
