    My students were asking about my bruised shins so I told them a great trick to play on someone is to have them do weighted lunges and then do box jumps.
    Then girl came up to me after class and told me her sister Crossfits — at this gym. So Kimmy, I teach your little sister 🙂

  7. I did!! I got two reps of 195 but dropped it on the negative getting ready for the third. Awesome workout with Big Matt, Spidey, Ed and Anton…. some real jerkin’ goin on.

  9. you did awesome. jerking x 3 is a lot different than one rep max and you did over your one rep max. Sweet! really good form.You are getting stronger for sure.
    Motivating video. Can’t wait to get back to it! I am taking time to just finish healing, and then Garrett and I are going to be at a special ed conf. next week so I will see you at 4:30 if your coming tomorrow or in another week when we get back.
