ATTN:  This Saturday classes will be held at Wills Park behind the Community Center (on the corner of Maxwell & Rucker) at 9:00am and 10:00am only.  There is no 8:00am or Yoga class this Saturday!

    Really sore heel today and could not jump for the HPC 🙁 Did a few at 95 and had to stop. Hicky busted out at 128. Holy Crap right?
    But I did do the Xfit endurance WOD. 6 x 500 rowing at max speed. 2 min. rest in between each one with a goal of not going 3 seconds below your fastest row. I did NOT meet that goal BUT DID get a PR on interval #4 at 1:47. Sweet!
    Nice job Dave, Doc and Robin at 6am. Dave had PERFECT form on the alt WOD. Doc is a great splitter!

  4. I like dodgeball better. That way one team(cough::girls::cough) can’t put the flag where no one will ever be able to get it.
