   Great to have Nitro and Xena back in the gym together. Xena, you are a true warrior.
   Matt, loved having you at our box today. Would love to workout with you when I’m not sick.

   Thanks for the company Big Ed!!
   It was kinda cool being the only person working out……and at 9am to boot!
   Feel’s like the old days with Brad…one at a time. Only difference was Big Ed had the gym spotless!
   Looking forward to seeing the band of derelicts back in the box. Time to work off all that spring break.
