  2. Thanks. They are almost as good as the grips you use in gymnastics when doing ring and bar workouts.
    By the way, Speal did over 200 on this WOD last time. His first set I think was 60 PUs.

  4. Austin, I got 145 today. New PR by 21. If I had rested just a tad less during the middle rounds I would’ve broke 150. Oh yeah, I did 41 PUs (I forgot to post that on the board) the first round. I had to break your mark of 40. Would honestly love to see you get 50 PUs on your first set today. Good luck!
