  1. Nice picture! I miss the gym.

  2. What happened to “Cindy” or “Mary” today?

  3. Wheeeww!! Cindy was haunting me all night last night. I am not sure if I could could have done Cindy today after Murph yesterday. I was ready to give it my best shot though!

  4. I enjoyed this WOD much more that I would have Cindy or Mary. But I like OHS. Thank goodness for merciful trainers. πŸ™‚

  5. The gym did Murph yesterday so we did an alt.WOD. I am sure you could do Cindy, or Mary or make up Murph if you want.
Good luck with any of them….all tough!

  6. Andy- I didn’t do “Murph” yesterday and would like to do that today if you want to give it a go. I could also be talked into “Cindy” as well.
    Be there at 12:30.
Plus, after THIS pic, a man crush is in full effect for G-Dog.

  7. Sure man, I can do either one. G-Dog is the man.

  8. i vaguely remember doing something like this before and it’s sooo much harder mentally to go 10-20-30 rather than 30-20-10. looking forward to it!
oh ps, how much weight on the ohs?

  9. NND, when I saw that Cindy had come up last night, my first word was, “seriously?” but i was still gonna take one for the team, albeit probably having to substitute something for the pullups, but thank goodness, Cindy was voted down and the AMers did the ALT WOD and while not a walk in the park, definitely an improvement.

  10. 155 lbs.

  11. Lol Pebbles. And I was happy with my measly 65lb ohs.

  12. bwa ha ha ha ha!

  14. Hicky and Stacy smoked this WOD! Can’t believe Pistol got last place. Just kidding, I think she did this WOD like in 5 secs or something.

  15. Great job to David on doing “Murph” Rx.

  16. Hey CFNF’rs! There is a challenge happening this Saturday at CrossFit Garage in Woodstock. We have been invited to attend. The cost is $10 and there WILL be a babysitter on site and food and drinks and prizes! Rainman, I think this means we need to chose another date for the Seminar, FB me. Check http://www.crossfitgarage.com for details.

  17. By the way, G-dog…did you see SCRUFFY working out without his shirt on..?? A first for him…welcome to the club..Scruffy!!! Great job today Scruffy..Murph is a beast…now on to the challenge at hand…BIG class today …glad to see everyone today…lots of PARTIPATION points…so great job nooners…missed your energy Sammy…??? Great job to pistol (8:01RX),,,few extra points there..and Breeze also..everyone worked hard…I am pretty sure I had one of the worst times, but wanted to RX..even fell a FEW times…but thanks everyone for meatball, Hicky, Scruffy, and Pistol for keeping me accountable to the bitter end..

  18. Another reason PMers are better than AMers.. We’re not mutants: http://sciencenow.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/full/2009/813/2

  19. Hags….sorry to miss, I had some bitnezz.
But I’ll be bringin’ some nooner swagga’ to the 5pm class.
    Hold ur hats….bitches!
    Sammy “shanghai” Nooner

  20. Breeze teaches the AM class –I always thought he was a little off, in fact my first impression of him was… β€œThere he goes. One of God’s own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.”

  21. Hahahahahahaha!

  22. Thank you Hagler and Ed for the kind words on yesterday’s workout. And thanks to Kim/Brad for being flexible.

  23. this was as much fun to watch as to do… except i actually didn’t have that great of a time working out today. but, from the newly created “dugout” we had quite a crowd to cheer on the pm’ers. i just want to say thanks to jt for scoring us some points and a huge “well done” to miguel who, as always, was inspriational to watch.
ok pm can we pick up the slack please?
