How’s Amy today?…your wife who claims to be a “non runner” ran about 3000M yesterday in the midst of all those thrusters and pull ups in her 1st week back. I thought she kicked butt!
Amy is good! I don’t know about the “non runner” part. She is a much better runner than I am.
I will say that she needs some loud, mean, constant encouragement!! Yell at her, call her names, throw stuff at her!! She likes it…..it keeps her going!!
I am going to be in so much trouble!
and Garrett, I watched the three of them work out at 1:30. Made me want to do this WOD.
Brad topped he boards again today with 11:02RX. Garrett 11 something and Pistol close behind. Nice work guys.
Did Elizabeth here at the school weight room. Bad idea before kickball practice but at least it’s a drinking sport.
Weight: 65#, 10 more than last time AND front squats are waaaaay better
Time: under 20 minutes
I got to the gym early tonight and was able to watch everyone in the 5:45 session KICK BUTT!!! I have to say that everyone was going hard and strong. It got me motivated for the 6:30 session! You guys ROCK!
