    How’s Amy today?…your wife who claims to be a “non runner” ran about 3000M yesterday in the midst of all those thrusters and pull ups in her 1st week back. I thought she kicked butt!

  16. Amy is good! I don’t know about the “non runner” part. She is a much better runner than I am.
    I will say that she needs some loud, mean, constant encouragement!! Yell at her, call her names, throw stuff at her!! She likes it…..it keeps her going!!
    I am going to be in so much trouble!

  23. Did Elizabeth here at the school weight room. Bad idea before kickball practice but at least it’s a drinking sport.
    Weight: 65#, 10 more than last time AND front squats are waaaaay better
    Time: under 20 minutes

    it’s very hard to do this type of workout on your own. very tempted to quit.

  26. I got to the gym early tonight and was able to watch everyone in the 5:45 session KICK BUTT!!! I have to say that everyone was going hard and strong. It got me motivated for the 6:30 session! You guys ROCK!
