  2. Enjoyed working on squats. 145lb max. I could squat more, but my form needs a little help so I did not go to max weight today. Apparently I have a tale tuck(or what do oyu call it Kim?) at the botoom of my squat?? Who knew?See you Tuesday everyone.

    245 for the day. Could probably have done more, but it has been some time since I had that much weight on my shoulders.
    Looking forward to the next time we do this. Shooting for 275LBS.

    From the picture posted for tomorrow’s WOD, it appears you’re a little more comfortable with 185 lbs (plus the weights) in front of you…I’m just sayin’.
    (150 lbs. with good form and 185 lbs. with not-so-good form).
