If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

There will be an alternate WOD posted in the gym.

  3. Great workout today! Thanks Breeze for writing it! Pebbles, I had to use 53, I just wasn’t ready for 65! Maybe next time. It was great to see GiGi today! We missed her. I forgot to mention that Carrie aka Peaches did her first rx Fran on Saturday and got 10 min and some change! Way to go Peaches!

  6. Fun day today…..should call it the “breakdown” cause it felt like a carjack when it was all said and done.

    Its hard to make up time in side when you can’t run.
