    I’m not sure when that picture was taken, but I think the guns have gotten bigger since then. Just a personal observation 😉

  4. The workout was great!!! The harder the better!!! I meet some new faces today as well as seeing some familiar ones(Larry and Mandy). My arms are jello but my mind is at ease that i worked out today. Thank you to the whole group for the motivation…Also a quick shoutout to Kim and Brad on the muscle ups. Kim almost there but right behind Brad…very impressive!!! Thanks again, Kathy

    Throw your back out on Friday, lay in bed for three days pounding muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatories, and yes of course, the staple, Stella. Visit your chiropractor and your voo-doo doctor and by Monday you will be good to go. Good luck!
