Nothing like New Year’s Eve with Helen. It was great to see a group out this AM.. Love that work out! Thank you Brad and Kim for adding the box jumps.It just was not hard enough initially. (whatever). I think we should call that one Jumping Helen.See everyone Wednesday. Harmony is NOT going back to Columbia until she gets to Crossfit once again (and shop at the mall).
Dont worry I am coming back Wednesday. I am ready for some more fun and challlenging work. After my day is over in atlanta im going to south carolina to see my parents my brother named chase and my two dogs named Miley and Sarah.
