Great job Aaron. I enjoyed working that meet and watching all the young lifters. There are some really excellent lifters on Team GA. Remember if you know any tweens/teens age 12 and up, let them know about the CFNF USA Weightlifing camp this summer. They will have an opportunity to learn the snatch and clean and jerk and compete like Arron did this past week-end and become part of Team GA Weightlifiting if they want to. There are REALLY NOT MANY places that have the coaches and certifications that we have that are able to teach things like these lifts. We are a very educated gym so get the word out so people can take advantage of it!!!!

Yeah…that sucked……rough wod today…especially since u added the double unders…..the KB swings slowed me down….Great job to G-dog, Stringer, Pistol, and Spider and brandon for killing this one……Everyone worked hard….Jpow, Q, Ed Shubert, Scott Law and Tom….that was so hard and I was last place…Thanks to everyone who stayed late and cheered me on…:) Sorry I missed you Jacklyn…was a great lunch crowd…looking forward to tomorrow…my time today…39 and some change RX…..
