  6. did this workout in 21:30..14 pound ball…rx pullups and red band ring dips….wall balls slowed me down…was happy to squeeze this one in… LITTLE princess…you look amazing…you motivate me..looking forward to tomorrow…Dan, Martine, and Miguel…I am up to 6 marks on the board…keep it up guys…I love a good challenge…
