"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Good job Lunchtime Crew…there must have been 20 of us all told. It was awesome. Lot’s of effort and energy. Good job to Stacy on the squats (she did 145 on that movement alone) and to Brittany who RX’d and did over 50 pull-ups (gaining a tear in the process).
433Rx for me (almost caught G-Dog’s score), need to get more pull-ups and push-ups to move closer to 500. Tired after the Open yesterday, which took it’s toll on the sit-ups after the T2B’s.
