  3. Just reread the wod so your 20 minutes start with the run. That means this will be a 10 minute amrap for me.
    You want to do two a days so we can spend as much time together as possible? LOL.
    I’ll miss you too. Hope to see you at least 2 days a week.
    Even with the burpees, I have to admit it does look fun. Let’s see how it feels at noon thirty.

  5. Well who thought that was a good idea? ha! Yuk! 4 rounds plus 2 thrusters RX.
    We had a blast at lake High Rock last week. here for two days then off to NY for a week.

  6. That was a great sweat. Missed 3 rounds by 12 wall balls.
    Great job lunch crowd. HAGS way to go!! almost 4.
    Burpees sucked as usual. Still working on getting better at these.
    I lost 4 more lbs. I’m excited. Goal is 5 more in 30 days.
