Only got in 3 last week and am anxious to get into the gym….been working alot at Stoney so Sat I slept in…:) Jacklyn ..this looks fun…lets get in as much time as possible …I will miss you..:( Happy there is only “one run”…see everyone at lunch….

Just reread the wod so your 20 minutes start with the run. That means this will be a 10 minute amrap for me.
You want to do two a days so we can spend as much time together as possible? LOL.
