  1. Good WOD at lunch today. Kevin set a really good pace and it took all I had to get back to him as the clock ran out. We ended up tying, but I was pretty much spent and my shoulders were shot by the end. Not sure what would have happened had we had more time, Kevin was still moving pretty well. Nicely done Kevin!
    Back squatted and power cleaned before that and both felt easier than they have for months so I’m pleased given that training has been so disjointed recently. Looking forward to getting a more consistent run and being free of injury.
