  4. Fun O-lifting today.
    Learned a lot from Coach McCauley on Friday. If you have not signed up for one of his clinics here on Oct. 16 or 17 YOU SHOULD! He’s great.
    A few of us did a short little 10 round met con after lifting. Bostic was done with his 10 when I was on round 6 He is so quick.
