The cert was so eye opening and just awesome. I had already changed our diet a little but we are changing it a lot more now. I am blogging about it in a personal blog titled “Giving Up Grains” and we started this week-end. It will be a process but I can’t wait to see what happens. I really love this cert b/c Robb just filled us with information and then said “go try it”. Experiment. See what works for you. He did not stand up there and dictate a specific diet for everyone. And he had AWESOME case studies from people and families that had changed their diet and got AMAZING results. I could go on and on, but I am just really glad I went and learned what I learned and am going to put it to use.
HQ is loving the pull ups these days.

thanks to kim for the invite and you for hosting us in your home (which is beautiful). i had a great time and enjoyed meeting and talking to the CFNF ladies! yes, several of us like to shop. i was luckily a little reserved but, next time watch out! thanks again and come to my house for the spring cabi show. 🙂
