What happened to the L-PUs? Those are some of my fav exercises. Kim, did you see the video on the affiliates blog of the guy doing the butterfly PUs? I think yours are smoother.
Ed, there’s a Seal workout up today too. Nick from Guam came in and he is doing the 10 days of Christmas. Today is day 9. 9 rounds of 20 Box Jumps, 10 Deadlift (185) and 20 Wall Ball.
